Exchange or return is not possible after acceptance of the Goods under invoice.
If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer under warranty policy mentioned below.

The manufacturer SHARMAX MOTORS warrants its produced ATV  and UTV (hereinafter called 'Vehicles') or other goods assembled/manufactured in its Plants and sold through its authorized dealers, to be free from any defect - both in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, subject to the following terms & conditions.

All of the above obligations apply exclusively to production defects and do not apply to breakdowns dependent on natural wear, excessive loads, operating conditions, design or technical characteristics, quality of fuels and lubricants.

-All Services as per the given schedule performed on time and by authorized or approved service centers.
-All Repair and Maintenance Services as per the given schedule and performed by authorized service and repair centers.
-Maintaining the service record given in the Owner's Manual duly signed by Sharmax Motors authorized dealer for each of the Services and maintenance works availed.

-Customer ensures that immediately upon the discovery of the defect he approaches the nearest Sharmax Motors authorized dealer with the affected product.
-The expenses if any for transporting to Sharmax Motors authorized dealer must be borne by customer only.

- Customer must present the Owner’s Manual, to enable Sharmax Motors authorized dealer to verify ownership & service record.

- Warranty claims in respect of proprietary items like Tyres, Tubes, Battery and Spark Plugs are warranted by their respective manufacturers and shall be claimed on them directly by the customer as per their warranty terms and Sharmax Motors shall not be liable in any manner to replace them.

- However, Sharmax Motors authorized dealers will give assistance in taking up the claims with respective manufacturers.

- Warranty Claims in respect of shock absorbers (front & rear), Speedometers etc though claimed through Sharmax Motors are subject to the acceptance of the respective manufacturers.

- Sharmax Motors reserves the right to carry out the replacement of the defective part with the same part manufactured by another vendor, which is also used by Sharmax Motors.

- Warranty Claims will only be handled through Sharmax Motors authorized dealers or Service Centers & will not be entertained directly by Sharmax Motors at all.

-Sharmax Motors undertakes no liability in the matter of consequential loss or damage caused due to the failure of parts. Delay, if any, for carrying out the repairs at Sharmax Motors authorized dealer or approved Service Center, shall not be a ground for extending the warranty period, nor shall it give any right to the customer for claiming any compensation for damages.

The Customer using the Goods for commercial purposes.
Normal maintenance operations such as Engine Tune-up, Decarbonizing, Carburetor cleaning, Wheels, Brakes and Clutch adjustments as well as any other normal adjustments, installation of accessories or modification equipment including ones sold or installed by SHARMAX MOTORS authorized dealer or approved service center are performed on the product, unless written otherwise in the sales agreement and the Warranty annexes.

Normal service wear and tear items (i.e.) Brake Shoes, Brake Pads, Shims / Fasteners, Drive Chain, Sprockets, Clutch Plates, Race Bearing kit, Gaskets, Rubber Parts (or) Plastic components, Wheel Rims (in case of misaligned or bent), Element Air Cleaner, Oil Filter and Electrical items like Bulb.

If recommended Engine Oil/Lubricants are not used or if they are not replaced at the recommended interval or performed at 3rd party dealerships and/or service centers that are not authorized by SHARMAX MOTORS.

Use of non- genuine parts (or) accessories not approved by SHARMAX MOTORS which affects the performance and reliability of the products.

If any of the free or paid service is not done as per schedule, the warranty tends to stand void. Parts of the vehicle have been subjected to misuse, accident, and negligent treatment, use of bad quality parts which are not manufactured (or) not recommended for use by SHARMAX MOTORS on their products.

Parts of the product getting rusted or their plating or painting coming off due to atmospheric conditions like extreme heat, humidity, Sea Breeze, Sea or environmental junk and Industrial Pollution.

Product used for any Competition (i.e.) Rallies (or) Races, if it is used for any commercial purposes like Hiring etc. Sharmax Motors undertakes no liability in the matter of any consequential loss (or) damage caused due to failure of the parts. Parts repaired (or) replaced under this warranty are warranted only for the original warranty period of Sharmax Motors products. Consumables like Engine Oil, TFF Oil, Grease, used for the warranty repair are not covered under the application of the warranty.

The company is not liable for any delay in servicing due to reasons beyond the control of the company or any of Sharmax Motors authorized dealers and or service centers.
Sharmax Motors reserves the right to make any changes in the product design or to add any improvement(s) on the products at any time without incurring any obligation to make the same on the product(s) previously supplied (or) sold /manufactured.
Also the conditions of this warranty are subject to alterations without any notice. This warranty along with the warranty length annex for your specific product is the entire written warranty given by Sharmax Motors for your product(s), and no employee, Sharmax Motors authorized dealer, service center (or) other person is authorized to extend or enlarge the terms of warranty. Decision regarding warranty settlement shall be taken by Sharmax Motors and shall be final and binding on all concerned.
